If you have requested an individual retreat from us and have received confirmation of availability (by phone or e-mail) of your retreat dates and room/meal choice, then you may make your deposit equal to the 1st night’s stay. Deposits are due within 7 days to guarantee your reservation. If your deposit isn’t received within the allotted time, the reservation will be canceled. Your deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred with 72 hours notice.
