to be in quiet and stillness, to be a bit pampered, and to reconnect to your spiritual center.

It is our desire to assist all women on their journey toward that which is sacred and holy, and to offer a holistic approach to self care.. body, mind, and spirit. For most women who tend to put their own needs after everyone else’s, a retreat is not a luxury, it is a necessity.
Our charming 1880′s farmhouse and red barn provide a homey environment for both individual and group women’s retreats. You can plan your own retreat with as much or as little activity as you wish or your time can be facilitated by our staff. We welcome groups up to 25 persons for day events and can provide overnight accommodations for up to 12 persons.
We schedule many events throughout the year, from weekly yoga classes at The Studio at the Inn located in our red barn, monthly book discussions, potluck dinners, meditation circles, and movie nights to multi-day retreats and workshops. The farmhouse kitchen is available to our guests. You may choose to provide your own meals or have us provide home-cooked meals for you. We stock up our larder with wholesome food (chocolate is wholesome, right?), especially organic and local foods when they are available. We’re always glad to accommodate any special dietary needs and are experienced with both vegetarian, and gluten-free preferences.
With advance notification, the Inn can also provide many optional, stress-reducing amenities such as massage, facilitated meditation, Reiki, and Yoga.
Located in Central Massachusetts, the Gathering Inn is set on more than 3 acres of peaceful gardens, fields and woods surround by conservation land. Nearby Mt. Wachusett, Quabbin Reservoir, and Wachusett Meadow Wildlife Sanctuary also offer many convenient opportunities to further explore the New England landscape. We are only 40 minutes from Worcester and only 90 minutes from Boston.
